‘Dark Shores’ is a great book for anyone who loves fantasy, young adult reading, epic adventures, or stories of strong women. Daniel L. Jensen is the author of this book. Dark Shores promises adventure on the high seas, and it’s sure to deliver. The idea behind this story is wonderful and unique. East members cannot communicate with West members. But politicians want to change that. He wants to conquer and destroy. In doing so, he blackmails two unlikely characters to find a secret passage across the dark shores. The various twists and turns of Dark Shore will keep you entertained and wondering what awaits the characters on their journey.

Marcus is a seasoned soldier, but he didn’t expect to be intimidated into working for a dangerous politician. It goes against everything he’s been taught. He also never thought he would have to work with pirates. Teriana comes from a fierce Merlin bloodline and, like those on her mother’s ship, holds a secret that protects the other half of the world from the brutal Celedor tribe. She didn’t expect the secret to be revealed. However, it does happen, with dire consequences for her and her crew. To save her crew, she must team up with Marcus and the others to bring hope to a dangerous politician. There are a lot of moving parts, but she keeps them all together very well. The characters fit in well with the world and develop as new parts of the world are revealed. The mythological aspect of the book is fascinating and fits very well into the world Jensen created.
